Full Tower

I'm thinking about buying a new case for my computer. I'm going to be moving soon and this place should be fairly permanent for a while. Because of this, I think want to get a full tower. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good case. I'm looking at the Corsair 700D right now because I really like the look and it looks like I could make my insides look really clean.

The only problem with this case is it's price. It's a $300 case but my thinking is something like this will be with me for a really long time. How often would you need to change out your case if you already have a full tower. But then again, it's $300...LOL. So, I don't know, opinions?

  1. If you want to go really big try a Mozart

I'd love an excuse to use one but serious over-kill for my needs.

  2. I've always like Cooler Master cases. Unfortunately I have a mid case. It's a solid case reasonable in price, tool free installs. The HAF 932 by them is what I would get later on down the road, and if I wanted to upgrade to a full case, since it is liquid cooling ready.

  4. I'm happy with my old crappy tower that looks like a power ranger.

  5. I definitely recommend a full metal case. my case is metal but has a plastic front door and it's partially broken now from when I gripped it wrong and moved it :(

  9. It might be overpriced even if it looks good. I bet there are some similar looking ones for half the price elsewhere on the market, just keep looking! Good luck

  10. the most important part of a case is the airflow. does it have intake vents leading to the hottest parts of the computer? i.e. hard drives, processors, graphics cards, etc? aside from that this looks like a beautiful case, does it come with a power supply?

  11. That tower is massive. Like, it could sit on your face and you wouldn't live to tell about it. I suppose if you are gonna be pretty permanent it might be a good idea to get something solid and nice. Also, with so much room you could always expand and do whatever. Plus, water cooling would be leet. I've recently started falling out of gaming though, I need something to create a resurgence for me.
