Why would someone want a tablet that is that small? That's what a cell phone is for. Seriously, look at the Droid X. That thing is enormous. Why would you want a small tablet and why would you want a huge phone? I'm not bashing those that own either and like them a lot, it's just my opinion. I feel like Apple's competitors aren't leaving a big enough gap between cell phones and tablets. I guess that's cool though, they just probably won't be successful.
Not to mention that the Galaxy Tab is $699.....
Yes, there should be a good margin of difference between cells and tablets.

ReplyDeletepeople want big phones because of the screen but not to big. apple did it right with the iphone. the ipad is a little to big, i think a smaller tablet would be nice, this picture is a little to small something inbetween the ipad and this would be nice. people are all about travel size. ex, psp, ds, laptops, ect. the ipad is a little big to fit that category even laptops are getting smaller.

ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I don't see the point in a lot of this new technology. I'm happy with my out-of-date phone since it does all I need it to do. I never cared to get an Ipod since I could listen to music on a cheaper mp3 player and get enough out of it as I needed (though then I ended up winning a free Ipod Nano from work, so ended up getting one that way). Not that its bad to have such new technology, I just have no need for a new something when I already have a functioning version of said something.

ReplyDeleteI like Apple's tablet alot, a strong point Apple has is sharp design and they are first in creating alot of thing, I'm not saying Apple is the best and the first at for example touchscreens but shortly after the iPhone and Touch alot of other brands made touch phones etc. too...

I honestly don't think the iPad's that good, it feels like apple is just better at rushing their products and throwing them out there before the other brands so you basically learn to like their products and won't invest in a potentially better one
